Why This Site, Why This Blog
From now on, also STYLETTOS Italy has its own blog. I began to attend the blogosphere, and I realised that interesting and innovative things are emerging between all the blah-blah. What is impressing in the first place is the size of the phenomenon, nearly 27 million blogs online and about 2 billion links (Technorati data), 700,000 posts and 70,000 new blogs every day, and who knows how much more underground stuff.
This site could not remain outside from such a lively and continuously evolving reality. By now the blog is only a substantial reply of the old "Why this site" page, supplying information and clarifications about the development and the history of STYLETTOS Italy, but it is obvious that this section will have to take its independent route, still to be invented.
I'm eagerly waiting for comments and suggestions, otherwise what a blog is it?

You have a great site that I have come to for years!
Your designs are inspired. With all the work that is being done with poser software, have you ever considered trying to turn your designs into footwear for full poser models? The footwear options available for the Victoria 3 poser model, for example, are few and nowhere near as stylish as your creations.
If you can find someone who is skilled in creating conforming poser software or you are skilled yourself, I feel certain that your footwear creations would be a huge success.
Keep up the great work!
A LONGTIME FAN IN THE U.S.
Thank you for your appreciation.
I'm not very informed about Poser, nor I'm sure that my models can be easily converted or imported.
As you probably know, some of them are on sale by the Digimation catalog.
These models are native Autocad(dxf)/3DStudio/MAX, but were then converted in other formats. I'm sure it could be interesting trying to develop these and also later models in Poser.
Have you got any idea about it?
It's interesting to see the shoe models at Digimation, but unfortunately I don't much about how it all works.
As to Poser, I'm more a conossieur of good poser art than I am a creator. I really have no idea how these artists do what they do. That said, the quality of the clothing (and the hair) for the poser models is generally very poor. If someone out there with the technical skills could convert your fabulous Stylettos creations for use on say the Victoria 3 poser, I'm sure there would be a tremendous market for them at sites such as Renderosity and DAZ Productions.
I'm not the person to do it, but maybe someone with the skills will read this and take a crack at it. I would love to see your fantastic footwear on poser models.
Thanks again for your artistry.
